Questions about the clinic
Short answers about homoeopathy consultations, who can book, and how to reach Suraksha Homoeo Clinic near Malkajgiri railway station.
01What is homoeopathy?
Homoeopathy is a system of medicine in which a remedy is chosen after a detailed individual case, rather than from the condition name alone. At Suraksha Homoeo Clinic the consultation looks at your symptoms, history and daily life. It is supportive care and does not replace emergency treatment or care from other doctors you already see.
02How does a homoeopathic consultation work?
A consultation with Dr Prashanth Vasala begins with the concern that brought you in. He asks about your symptoms, health history, routine and what seems to make the concern better or worse. From that case, a personalised plan is discussed. Follow-up visits review progress and whether the plan should change. The first visit is a conversation, not a guarantee of a particular result.
03What should I bring to my consultation?
Bring a list of your current concerns, any recent reports you already have, and the names of medicines or supplements you are taking. If a child is the patient, a parent or guardian should attend. You do not need to prepare a long medical file. Notes on sleep, appetite and what worsens the concern are often useful.
04Do you provide care for children?
Yes. Suraksha Homoeo Clinic consults for children as well as adults. A parent or guardian stays with the child, and the case is taken individually. Homoeopathic care for children should sit alongside routine paediatric care. Seek urgent medical help for high fever, breathing difficulty, dehydration or any sudden severe symptom.
05Do you provide care for senior citizens?
Yes. Older adults can book a consultation for ongoing concerns such as joint discomfort, sleep, digestion or general wellness. Please bring a list of current medicines. Homoeopathic care does not mean you should stop treatment prescribed by your other doctors unless that doctor advises it.
06Which health concerns can I consult you about?
People visit for digestive discomfort, skin and hair concerns, hormonal and women’s health questions, respiratory symptoms, joint and muscle discomfort, stress and sleep, allergies, child and family wellness, immunity and lifestyle support, and longer-term health concerns. The consultation decides what is suitable to discuss. Emergencies need a hospital, not a clinic appointment.
07How can I book an appointment?
Call 9010906402 or 9010906407, send a WhatsApp message to 9010906402, or use the appointment request on the contact page. You can also book through the clinic’s online portal. Share your name, phone number and a short note about the concern. The clinic will confirm the time.
08Where is Suraksha Homoeo Clinic located?
The clinic is at 26-84 Chanakyapuri, near Malkajgiri railway station, Malkajgiri, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana 500047. People also visit from Tarnaka, Nacharam and other parts of Hyderabad. Directions are on the contact and locations pages.
09What are the clinic timings?
Monday to Saturday the clinic is open from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Sunday consultations are by appointment only. Calling ahead is the surest way to confirm a slot before you travel.
10Do you provide follow-up consultations?
Yes. Follow-up is part of care at the clinic. A review looks at how you have been since the last visit and whether the plan should continue or change. You can book a follow-up by phone, WhatsApp or the contact form, the same way as a first consultation.
